Ingredients: Each Berocca tablet contains:
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 15mg, Riboflavine (vitamin B2) 15mg, Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 50mg, Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 23mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 10mg, Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 10mcg, Biotin 150mcg, Folic Acid 400mcg, Ascorbic acid 500mg, Calcium 100mg, Magnesium 100mg, Zinc 10mg.
Contains aspartame. Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine.
Each tablet contains approx. 280mg sodium, which should be taken into account by those on a low salt diet.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
